本文介绍了一起抽水蓄能电站主变压器水冷却器故障导致闭锁机组其他工况启动事件,通过对主变压器水冷却器PLC逻辑控制程序进行研究分析,及时完成故障处理。同时,结合现场设备运行的实际情况,对主变压器水冷却器PLC逻辑控制程序进行优化完善,有效解决了主变压器冷却器故障导致机组工况闭锁问题,从而提高了机组设备运行的可靠性。
This paper introduces the start-up event of other condition of the lock-in unit caused by the failure of the main transformer water cooler of the Pumped Storage Power Station. The PLC logic control program of the main transformer water cooler is researched and analyzed, and the fault handling is completed in time. At the same time, combined with the actual situation of field equipment operation, PLC logic control program of main transformer water cooler is optimized and perfected, which effectively solves the blocking problem of unit working condition caused by fault of main transformer cooler so as to improve the reliability of unit operation.
