由于Al-Cu合金GPI区的形成与分解能对合金性能产生显著影响,因此研究Al-Cu合金GPI区中应变场及Cu成分也将具有重要的理论价值。基于“固体与分子经验电子理论”(EET),构建了Al-Cu合金GPI区应变场及Cu成分分析模型,计算了GPI区未变形的价电子结构参数统计值,在电子结构层次上分析了GPI区应变场形成原因,预测了GPI区应变场数量级及单原子层中Cu成分,预测结果与实验研究符合很好。
Al-Cu alloy GPI zone formation and decomposition can have a significant impact on alloy performance, so the Al-Cu alloy GPI zone strain field and the composition of Cu will also have important theoretical value. Based on the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules (EET), the strain field and the Cu component analysis model of the GPI region of Al-Cu alloy were constructed. The statistical values of the undeformed valence electron structure parameters in the GPI region were calculated. At the electronic structure level The formation of the strain field in the GPI region was analyzed. The order of magnitude of the strain field in the GPI region and the composition of Cu in the monatomic layer were predicted. The predicted results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
