棉化枯萎病 Cotton Fusarium Wilt 是棉花主要病害。国内外曾广泛地通过抗病育种及其他途径,试图控制其为害。但抗病品种的农艺性状及纤维品质常不够理想,选育年限又长。我们考虑到棉花个体对枯萎病原菌压力反应的差别,以及病原压力增强后造成对应力的累加所产生的获得性遗传的可能性。因此,从1973— 82年,对具有较好农艺性状、纤维品质优良的染病品种,用人工苗床病圃进行连续选育以增强抗性,收到了一定的效果。
Cotton Fusarium Wilt is a major cotton disease. At home and abroad, it has tried to control its damage through disease-resistant breeding and other means widely. However, the agronomic traits and fiber quality of resistant varieties are often not ideal enough, and the breeding period is long. We take into account the differences in response to stress caused by Fusarium oxysporum in cotton individuals and the possibility of acquired genetic inheritance resulting from the accumulation of stress caused by increased pathogen pressure. Therefore, from 1973 to 1982, we obtained some results by continuous breeding of nursery beds with good agronomic traits and good fiber quality to enhance resistance.
