本文结合广东省地震局实行专业技术职务聘任制度的实践情况对其效果、存在的问题进行了分析,并就如何进一步完善专业技术职务聘任制度提出对策。
In this paper, we analyze the effects and problems of the appointment of professional and technical positions by the Seismological Bureau of Guangdong Province, and give some suggestions on how to further improve the appointment system of professional and technical positions.
