办好高等职业技术学院是社会经济发展的客观要求。针对面临的问题,采取有效措施予以解决,使其尽快为社会输送高素质的人才,是历史赋予高职院校的重要使命。明确高职教育的培养目标、培养一流师资队伍、规范教材教参建设、强化教学组织管理、优化办学机制,将是目前高职院校需要解决的几个紧迫而又现实的问题。
To run a higher vocational and technical college is an objective requirement of social and economic development. In view of the problems we face, effective measures to be taken to solve them and to provide them with high-quality personnel as soon as possible are the important missions that history has given to vocational colleges. To clarify the training objectives of higher vocational education, to cultivate first-class teaching staff, to standardize the construction of teaching materials, to strengthen the management of teaching organizations and to optimize the school-running mechanism, will be the pressing and realistic problems to be solved in vocational colleges at present.
