通过组织培养法,观察对照组及100μg/ml,200μg/ml,400μg/ml LBP组中滋养层细胞的生长。通过观察各组HCG阳性细胞数及测定培养液中HCG分泌量的变化,探讨LBP对滋养层细胞分化的作用。结果:LBP组滋养层细胞均生长旺盛,HCG阳性细胞数明显多于对照组(P<0.01)。在无血清培养条件下,各组HCG分泌量无显著性差异,而有血清培养条件下,LBP组HCG分泌量分别为0.43,0.34和0.42Iμ/ml/10mg组织,几乎是对照组的2倍,(对照组仅为0.22Iμ/ml/10mg组织)。结论:LBP对体外培养的滋养层细胞具有营养和保护作用,而不是诱导分化。
By means of tissue culture method, the growth of trophoblast cells in the control group and 100 μg/ml, 200 μg/ml, 400 μg/ml LBP group was observed. By observing the number of HCG positive cells in each group and measuring the change of HCG secretion in culture medium, the effect of LBP on trophoblast cell differentiation was explored. Results: The trophoblast cells in LBP group all grew vigorously, and the number of HCG positive cells was significantly more than that of the control group (P<0.01). Under serum-free culture conditions, there was no significant difference in the amount of HCG secretion in each group. Under serum culture conditions, the secretion of HCG in the LBP group was 0.43, 0.34, and 0.42 Iμ/ml/10 mg, respectively, almost twice that of the control group. , (control group only 0.22Iμ/ml/10mg tissue). Conclusion: LBP has nutritional and protective effects on trophoblast cells cultured in vitro, but not induced differentiation.
