ＩＬ１２ 是一种具有多种生物学活性的免疫效应细胞刺激因子，能刺激Ｔ和ＮＫ细胞的增殖、诱导它们产生ＩＦＮγ等细胞因子并增强它们的细胞毒活性，在抗感染免疫中起着重要的作用，本文就ＩＬ１２ 在寄生虫感染中的免疫作用进行综述。
