目的本文以高职社会体育专业学生就业中应用运动解剖学知识为出发点,以其特定的职业活动为导向,以专业素质为基础,以职业岗位需求为出发点,突出实践应用能力目标,以学生为主体,以“项目任务”为载体,通过实训手段,探索设计《运动解剖》知识、理论和实践一体化的课程。尽力做到学生毕业后在相应工作岗位上能快速适应且具有持续发展能力。方法以山西体育职业学院2011级社会体育专业学生为研究对象,随机将新生两个班级分别设定为对照组和实验组,采用传统教学模式和职业导向教学模式进行比较研究。结果根据健身教练职业岗位项目训练的成绩分析可以看出,职业导向教学模式实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);学生问卷调查显示:大多数学生(≥80%)认为“职业活动为导向”的教学法能促进大家的《运动解剖学》学习兴趣和实际效率;多数学生(≥65%)认为能将运动解剖基础理论与工作问题相联系,能够提高自学能力和解决工作中实际问题的能力。
The purpose of this article is to start with the application of the knowledge of sports anatomy in the employment of social sports majors in vocational colleges. With its specific occupational activities as the guide, based on the professional qualities, taking the occupational post requirements as the starting point, the objective of applying practical abilities is highlighted. Methods Taking the students majoring in social sports in 2011 in Shanxi Sport Vocational College as the research object, the freshmen two classes were randomly selected as the control group and the experimental group, respectively. The traditional teaching model and the vocational guidance teaching model were compared.
