1999年5月初,某县农网改造工程进入到紧张施工阶段,因拉线绝缘子安装不规范和存在严重质量问题而发生了两起事故,虽然没有重大的人员伤亡,但都使人触目惊心。 1 事故经过 一起因拉线绝缘子制作不规范,在紧线时,拉线受力后,引起拉线绝缘子滑脱,发生终端杆倒杆事故,使工作人员一重伤、一轻伤。另一起是拉线绝缘子存在严重质量问题,紧线后发生崩裂,使电杆发生倾斜。
