对石油类高校学报的特点分析认为,要将学报办成国际上有一定竞争力的期刊,走集约化办刊之路或许是一项明智的选择。对集约化办刊的方式、目前存在的难题以及具体实施方法等问题进行了分析讨论。结果表明,只要主管部门坚定改革的信念,各石油高校之间统一认识、加强协调,处理好各种关系,石油类高校学报集约化办刊还是有可能的。
The analysis of the characteristics of the petroleum university journals holds that it is perhaps a wise choice to turn the journals into internationally competitive journals and follow the path of intensive running. The mode of intensive running, the current problems and specific implementation methods and other issues were analyzed and discussed. The results show that as long as the competent authorities firm belief in reform, unified understanding among petroleum colleges and universities, strengthen coordination, and handle various relationships, it is still possible for the journal of petroleum colleges and universities to intensify its publication.
