在循环冷却水处理中,通常采用投加水处理剂的方法控制系统的结垢、腐蚀。聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、木质素磺酸钠、腐植酸钠等具有无磷、易降解、不产生二次污染,吸附钙、镁离子、无毒、无害的特点。文章模拟火电厂循环冷却水水质,试验了PASP的阻垢性能,并与其它类型的阻垢剂进行阻垢性能的对比。采用HSn-70A材料试验PASP的缓蚀性能。结果表明,铜在PASP优化复配方案水处理剂中的腐蚀速度约为0.000 94 mm/a。复合配方较单一PASP对碳酸钙结垢有较好的阻垢效果。在电厂循环冷却水处理中有广泛的应用前景。
In the circulating cooling water treatment, the method of adding water treatment agent is usually used to control the scale and corrosion of the system. Polyaspartic acid (PASP), sodium lignin sulfonate, sodium humate and other non-phosphorus, easily degradable, does not produce secondary pollution, adsorption of calcium and magnesium ions, non-toxic, harmless. The paper simulates the quality of circulating cooling water in thermal power plant, tests the scale inhibition performance of PASP, and compares it with the scale inhibition performance of other types of scale inhibitors. The corrosion inhibition performance of PASP was tested with HSn-70A material. The results show that the corrosion rate of copper in the water treatment agent of PASP is about 0.000 94 mm / a. Compared with single PASP, the compound formula has better scale inhibition effect on calcium carbonate scaling. In power plant circulating cooling water treatment has a wide range of applications.
