伴随着用户对于移动通信以及无线接入业务所需的规模和质量的不断提高,造成了有限的无线频谱频谱资源匮乏的矛盾越来越凸显出来。为了解决相应的问题,使目前紧缺的频谱资源得到合理充分的应用,提高无线通信资源利用率,人们提出了许许多多解决问题的方法和技术,其中最突出的就是认知无线电技术和超宽带无线通信技术。
With the ever-increasing scale and quality of users required for mobile communications and wireless access services, the contradiction between limited wireless spectrum spectrum resources has become increasingly prominent. In order to solve the corresponding problems and to make the currently scarce spectrum resources reasonably and fully applied and to improve the utilization rate of wireless communication resources, many methods and techniques for solving the problems have been proposed. The most prominent ones are cognitive radio technologies and ultra-wideband Wireless Communication Technology.
