目的:探讨自制胶体型牙龈收缩剂(以下简称排龈膏)的排龈效果和安全性。方法:选择2只成年杂种犬的40颗牙作为实验牙。牙体预备后,分为4组,分别用自制排龈膏,Expasyl排龈膏,排龈线和加药(15.5%Fe2SO4溶液)排龈线4种方法排龈处理。处理前后分别用硅橡胶取模并灌制模型,然后通过影像式精密测绘仪测量和分析排龈前后的龈沟宽度和龈缘高度变化,采用SAS6.12软件包进行统计分析。结果:自制排龈膏与Expasyl排龈膏、排龈线、加药排龈线排龈后龈沟宽度的变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。加药排龈线的排龈前龈缘高度为0.423±0.348,排龈后一周的龈缘高度为0.623±0.278,与其他3组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低黏度可注射胶体型自制排龈膏与Expasyl排龈膏、排龈线、加药排龈线排龈效果相似。4组排龈材料排龈后,加药排龈线会引起牙龈退缩,自制排龈膏﹑Expasyl排龈膏和排龈线不会引起牙龈退缩。自制排龈膏有一定的临床安全性。
Objective: To explore the gingival curative effect and safety of self-made gel-type gingival shrinkage agent (hereinafter referred to as gingival crease). Methods: Forty teeth of two adult hybrid dogs were selected as experimental teeth. Tooth preparation, divided into 4 groups, respectively, with homemade row gingival ointment, Expasyl row gingival ointment, gingival retraction line and medicated (15.5% Fe2SO4 solution) gingival retraction line four ways gingival treatment. Before and after treatment, the molds were filled with silicon rubber and filled into the mold respectively. Then the changes of gingival sulcus width and gingival margin before and after gingivalisation were measured and analyzed by image-type precision mapping instrument. SAS6.12 software package was used for statistical analysis. Results: There was no significant difference in the width of gingival sulcus between homemade gingival crease and Expasyl gingival crease, gingival retraction line and gingival margin (P> 0.05). The height of gingival margin of gingival margin was 0.423 ± 0.348 and the gingival margin height of gingival margin was 0.623 ± 0.278, which was significantly different from the other three groups (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The low-viscosity injectable gel self-made gingival creamers have similar gingivitis effect to Expasyl gingival crest, gingival retraction line and medicated gingival retraction line. 4 groups of gingival retraction gingival, gingival retraction line will cause gingival recession, homemade gingival crease, Expasyl gingival crease and gingival retraction line will not cause gingival recession. Homemade gingival creamers have some clinical safety.
