目的:研究微波协助提取光慈姑多糖的最佳提取条件。方法:通过响应面试验设计,得到微波提取光慈姑多糖的数学回归方程;对影响光慈姑多糖提取率的关键因素及相互作用进行探讨,并得到最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺条件:微波功率660 W,液料比8.7∶l,处理时间13.1min,光慈姑多糖提取率理论最大值可为10.34%。结论:响应面法较好的拟合了微波协助提取光慈姑多糖工艺过程。
Objective: To study the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides extracted from Radix Aconitum by microwave. Methods: Through the response surface design, the mathematical regression equation of microwave extraction of Radix Astragali was obtained. The key factors affecting the extraction rate of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and its interaction were discussed, and the optimum extraction conditions were obtained. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the microwave power was 660 W, the ratio of liquid to solid was 8.7: 1 and the treatment time was 13.1 min. The maximum theoretical extraction rate of C. lucidum polysaccharides was 10.34%. Conclusion: The Response Surface Method (FPR) is a good method to extract polysaccharides from Radix Angelicae Sinensis by microwave irradiation.
