建筑工程的一个主要的通病就是建筑物渗水,关于建筑物渗水的影响因素有很多,包括材料质量的好坏、设计是否合理以及维护管理是否落到了实处等。建筑物的许多地方都需要重点进行防水,而建筑物顶层就是其中一个重点方面。本文就建筑物顶层渗水进行相关原因的分析,并提出一些解决措施。
One of the major common problems in building engineering is water seepage in buildings. There are many influencing factors on water seepage in buildings, including the quality of materials, the design rationality and the maintenance management. In many parts of the building, there is a need to focus on waterproofing, and the roof of the building is one of the key aspects. This paper analyzes the causes of water seepage on the top of buildings and puts forward some solutions.
