从可持续和低碳发展的角度来看,消费主义影响下城市居民购物出行比例的显著增加,加剧了对城市环境的负面作用。网上购物具有替代和减少传统购物出行的潜力,进而影响人们的活动-出行行为及货物运输方式。这些变动对个人出行需求管理和交通拥堵、土地利用均产生了积极作用,成为交通运输规划领域学者近几年关注的焦点。本文在梳理国内外传统消费模式的演变及其特征的基础上,从统筹个人出行和物流运输两个视角分析网上购物应用带来的交通行为的变化,评估其影响效应,为我国快速城市化背景下城市居民的可持续出行提供政策建议。
From a sustainable and low-carbon development perspective, the significant increase in the proportion of urban residents shopping trips under the influence of consumerism has exacerbated the negative impact on urban environment. Online shopping has the potential to replace and reduce traditional shopping trips, which in turn can affect people’s activities - travel behavior and how the goods are transported. These changes have played a positive role in personal travel demand management, traffic congestion and land use, and have become the focus of scholars in the field of transportation planning in recent years. Based on the evolution and characteristics of traditional consumption patterns at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the changes of traffic behavior brought by the online shopping application from the perspective of co-ordinating personal travel and logistics transportation, and evaluates the impact of these changes on the background of rapid urbanization in China Under the sustainable travel of urban residents to provide policy advice.
