1 引言基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma,bcc)又名基底细胞上皮瘤(basal cell epithlioma)为皮科最常见皮肤癌之一,恶性度低于鳞状细胞癌,但发病率高,约占皮肤恶性肿瘤的65～75％。bcc多见于有毛皮肤,局部侵袭、生长缓慢、较少转移,但有复发倾向。由于目前对肿瘤的病理分型、转移、治疗和组织发生等方面看法尚不一致,故综述如下
1 Introduction Basal cell carcinoma (bcc), also known as basal cell epithelioma, is one of the most common skin cancers in the dermatology. The degree of malignancy is lower than that of squamous cell carcinoma, but the incidence is high, accounting for approximately 65 to 75% of malignant tumors. Bcc is more common in hairy skin, localized invasion, slow growth, less metastasis, but tends to relapse. Since the current views on the pathological type, metastasis, treatment, and tissue formation of tumors are still inconsistent, they are summarized as follows:
