本文采用—半乳糖制造亚急性衰老模型,应用丁氏微量快速测定法,观察阳春乐酒对豚鼠亚急性衰老模型超氧化物歧化酶的影响,结果表明本品有抗衰老作用,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)值为(X±SD)1463.1±456.1,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
In this paper, galactose was used to make the sub-acute aging model. Ding’s micro-rapid assay was used to observe the effect of Yangchunbrew on superoxide dismutase in subacute aging model of guinea pigs. The results showed that this product has anti-aging effect and superoxide dismutation. The enzyme (SOD) value was (X±SD) 1463.1±456.1, which was significantly different from the control group (P<0.05).
