严重烧伤病人的免疫功能下降,开放的创面可为病原体的入侵提供条件,故易发生感染。作者从改善烧伤病房的环境着手,比较了应用吸尘器和普通扫帚、普通床刷清洁地面和床铺的前后对病房空气中细菌菌落数的影响和细菌种类的分布情况。检测结果提示,用普通扫帚扫地时空气中的菌落数明显高于用吸尘器清洁地面时;用普通床刷扫床时的菌落数明显高于用吸尘器清洁床铺时。细菌鉴定结果提示表皮葡萄球菌是污染病房空气的主要细菌。
Serious burns patients immune function decline, open wounds provide conditions for the invasion of pathogens, it is prone to infection. The author started with improving the environment of burn ward, and compared the effect of vacuum cleaners and ordinary brooms on the number of bacterial colonies in the ward air and the distribution of bacterial species before and after cleaning the floor and bed with a common bed brush. Test results suggest that when using ordinary broom sweeping the air when the number of colonies was significantly higher than when cleaning the ground with a vacuum cleaner; bed with a common bed brush when the number of colonies was significantly higher than when cleaning the bed with a vacuum cleaner. Bacterial identification results suggest that Staphylococcus epidermidis is the main bacteria that pollute the ward’s air.
