目前煤系硫铁矿所用主要重选设备有:隔膜跳汰机、摇床、螺旋溜槽、重介质(或水介质)旋流器、斜槽分选机等。上述设备使用时间短,有许多问题值得研究和解决,本文就主要设备作一粗浅的分析。(一)梯形跳汰机1.跳汰曲线:梯形跳汰机属侧动隔膜跳汰机,传动箱内有偏心连杆机构,跳汰曲线为正弦周期,处理宽级别物料指标不理想。我院曾进行了非对称跳汰周期跳汰曲线的研究。对-3.0+0.5毫米磁铁矿和石英混合物料进行了六种不同周期曲线的选别,结果均优于正弦曲线的指标。效果比较明显的是倍尔得曲线,其特点是上升水速大,作用时间短;下降水速缓,作用时间长。在最优分选时间下分选效率提高5.5%。东北工学院用非对称跳汰曲线的跳汰

The selection of six different periodical curves for the -3.0 + 0.5 mm magnetite and quartz mixed material results are better than the sinusoidal index. The effect is obvious is the Beier curve, which is characterized by large water velocity, short duration of action; slow down the water, the role of a long time.
