在当代高科技飞速发展的推动下,以计算机知识普及为核心的信息教育热潮,已经伴随着经济发展高潮涌到了我们的身边。近十年来,各国的教育家们都在以极高的热情和紧迫感谈论着“计算机文化”和“计算机教育”。经过从1981年到1990年的三次世界计算机教育会议(WCCE),大大深化了人们对于计算机教育的认识。1993年,国家教委宣布:“中小学计算机推广普及的第一阶段已经完成,从今年起要进入高速发展的新阶段”。国家教委成立了全国中小学计算机教育领导小组,还曾把1993年定为“普及计算机教学基础知识宣传年”。在我们省,计算机知识的普及教育也受到高度重视:在教育研究组织中出现了“中小学计算
