我科1986～1991年共行单纯鼓膜修补术179例196耳,其中163例182耳资料较全,现总结如下。临床资料本组年龄14～43岁。182耳中,慢性中耳炎穿孔54耳,各种外伤穿孔28耳。咽功能测定均在3.3kPa(25mmHg)以内,捏鼻鼓气时均自感中耳腔有气流溢出。鼓膜贴片试验除2耳外听力均有所改善。发病时间半年以下32耳,1～5年81耳,6～10年50耳,10年以上19耳。听力损失(语言频率气导)10～20dB32例,20～30dB101例,30～40dB30例,40～50dB19例。内补法110耳,治愈103耳(93.6%);外补法72耳,治愈58耳(80.6%)。内补法与外补法治愈率经统计学处理X~2=7.25,P<0.01,差别非常显著。总治愈率88.33%。修复材料用耳屏软骨膜者
