本文应用双McAb ELISA夹心法检测了HFRS患者血清和血浆中SIL-2R水平。结果表明,急性期患者血浆和血清中sIL-2R水平(分别为199±81U/ml和214±122U/ml)显著地高于恢复期患者(分别为104±37U/ml和97±28U/ml)和正常人(分别为88±31U/ml和71±21U/ml)(P<0.01);在急性期中尤以少尿期升高最明显。表明HFRS患者机体免疫细胞处于高度活化的状态,患者血清和血浆中sIL-2R的检测对于判断病期和指导治疗均有一定的意义。
In this paper, double McAb ELISA sandwich method was used to detect the serum and plasma levels of SIL-2R in HFRS patients. The results showed that levels of sIL-2R in plasma and serum (199 ± 81 U / ml and 214 ± 122 U / ml, respectively) were significantly higher in patients with acute phase than in convalescent patients (104 ± 37 U / ml and 97 ± 28 U / ml, respectively ) And normal subjects (88 ± 31 U / ml and 71 ± 21 U / ml, respectively) (P <0.01). The most obvious increase was in oliguria in acute phase. It indicates that the immune cells in HFRS patients are highly activated, and the detection of sIL-2R in serum and plasma of patients with HFRS is of certain significance in judging the stage of disease and guiding the treatment.
