在我国社会主义市场经济的改革过程中,国家鼓励企业集团的发展,即鼓励具备条件的一个以上的企业,在自愿互利的基础上组织起来,通过不同程度的资产一体化和经营管理一体化,达到优化资源配置,扩大生产规模,采用新技术,提高生产率,开发新产品,开辟新市场的目的,以提高集团内各企业的市场竞争能力和经济效益,促进社会生产力的发展。那么,包括旅行社在内的我国旅游企业能不能走集团化的道路,以加速我国旅游业的发展?这就是本文探讨的问题。
