65锰带钢是一种韧性好、抗拉强度高的金属材料,一般用它作刀锯类的较多。但这种钢的致命弱点是焊接性能差,易产生淬火裂缝。过去,我们焊接此种钢(工件),一般采用铜焊和银钎焊。但用这两种方法焊接的钢件,质最较差,总有退火区(软化区)的现象存在,故其拉力强度低,脆弱易断。若用碰焊或气焊,不仅不能克服以上弱点,相反因焊接晶粒粗化而更易断裂。后来,我们采用了氩弧焊焊接。经反复实践试验,终于摸索出焊接此种钢的工艺方
