在经济新常态下,如何借助金融媒介来加强民营企业技术研发,推动民营企业转型升级,成为亟待解决的问题。通过对2007年以来制造业民营上市公司数据分析金融集聚、研发对企业成长的影响,结果显示企业研发投入和金融集聚能显著地促进企业成长,金融产业集聚能提高企业的研发投入绝对额,但会降低企业研发投入强度。完善技术创新的金融支持系统,促进金融产业集聚与技术创新的良性互动是我国金融创新必须重视的改革。
Under the new economic normal, how to use financial media to strengthen R & D of private-owned enterprises and promote the transformation and upgrading of private-owned enterprises have become urgent problems to be solved. Through the analysis of the financial agglomeration and R & D impact on the growth of enterprises since 2007, the results show that R & D investment and financial agglomeration can significantly promote the growth of enterprises, while the agglomeration of financial industries can increase the absolute amount of R & D investment. Will reduce the intensity of R & D investment. Improving the financial support system of technological innovation and promoting the benign interaction between financial industry agglomeration and technological innovation are the reforms that China must take seriously in financial innovation.
