在高新技术和经济一体化高速发展的当下,复合型的人才成为社会所急需。复合型的法律人才以其在语言修养、专业知识结构和良好的任务执行能力等方面的优势能够为对外经济单位提供有力的服务,帮助企业熟悉国际经贸规则、保护经济产权、保障企业在国际法律框架下合法运营、为对外经贸营造良好的发展环境。本文采用需求分析的方法探讨建立复合型法律人才培养机制的可行性,并从法律专业ESP教学的角度讨论复合型的法律人才培养过程中涉及到的制约因素,如学科设置、课程建设、教学模式,师资培养、教材建设等问题,提出合理、可行的建议,以期对法律复合人才的翻译水平提高有推动作用。

This article uses the method of demand analysis to explore the feasibility of establishing a compound legal talent training mechanism, and discusses the restrictive factors involved in the cultivation of legal talents in the legal profession from the perspective of ESP teaching, such as discipline setting, curriculum construction, teaching mode , Teachers training, textbook construction and other issues, put forward reasonable and feasible suggestions, with a view to promoting the translation of legal complex talents have a catalytic role.
