本文讨论了加有不同性质和不同量高聚物(聚烯烃A和B、EMVC、酚醛树脂)并经两种不同成型模式后的有机—无机材料在高温烧结前的形态及热分析结果。电镜观察表明,聚合物对人工合成的镁—白云石无机颗粒形成包覆、粘着;聚烯烃A和B以“絮”状,EMVC和酚醛树脂为“壳”状。TG和DTA分析表明,聚烯烃A和B的存在改变了无机物的热反应;含EMVC样品的TG曲线上有缓慢失重现象。
In this paper, the morphology and thermal analysis of organic-inorganic materials with different properties and different amounts of polyolefins (polyolefins A and B, EMVC and phenolic resin) after two different molding modes are discussed. Electron microscopy showed that the polymer was coated and adhered to synthetic magnesium-dolomite inorganic particles. Polyolefins A and B were “floc” -like, and EMVC and phenolic resin were “shell”. TG and DTA analysis showed that the presence of polyolefins A and B changed the thermal response of the inorganics; the TG curve of EMVC-containing samples had a slow weight loss.
