对小学英语教学历来存在两种分歧,一种认为字母与汉语拼音已十分相似,再进行音标和读音规则教学,只会造成三者相混淆,因而语音教学对小学生不适宜;另一种认为,入门阶段掌握语音是最基本的一环,只有进行语音教学,才能纠正自创音标造成的“三不象”(不象普通话、方言和英语)现象,以及形近词相混、形义相近词融合为一词、字母顺序颠倒等毛病,提高教学效率。持后一种意见的多是小学英语教师,他们有的也曾进行过试验,但都没有严格控制条件,缺乏科学的统计分析。因此,语音教学对小学生识记英语单词的效应如何,需要进行实验研究。
There are always two kinds of disagreements about English teaching in primary schools: one is that letters and Chinese phonetic alphabet are very similar, and phonetic transcription and phonetic rules teaching will only confuse the three so that phonetic teaching is not suitable for pupils. Only by conducting the voice teaching can we correct the phenomenon of “three noises” (unlike Mandarin, dialect and English) and the formation of neighbors Fusion as a word, reverse the order of letters and other problems, improve teaching efficiency. Most of them hold the opinion of primary school English teachers. Some of them also conducted experiments, but none of them strictly controlled the conditions and lacked scientific statistical analysis. Therefore, the effect of phonetic teaching on pupils’ recognition of English words needs to be studied experimentally.
