该文认为,图书馆摆脱困境的正确途径是:在搞好面向经济、面向读者两个主业活动的基础上,通过其它渠道争取各种资助,以补充图书馆经费之不足。
The article holds that the correct way for libraries to get out of their predicament is to obtain various kinds of subsidies through other channels on the basis of doing well the activities of economy-oriented and reader-oriented, so as to supplement the shortage of library funds.
