本研究目的为比较奥美拉唑(Om)及近段迷走神经切断(PGV)术后胃内酸度受抑与血浆胃泌素间接增高的程度。病人及方法:8例慢性DU患者作PGV。每例作3次24小时胃内酸度及血浆胃泌素测定。第一次作为比较对照,当时停用抗分泌药至少4天。随即每天服用Om20mg 4周,在第28日作第二次检查。之后3个月内作PGV,术后4～6月作第三次测定。三次测定日所用各餐及二次点心相同。禁食一夜后上午8时将鼻胃
The aim of this study was to compare the degree of intragastric acid suppression and plasma gastrin increase after omeprazole (Om) and proximal vagotomy (PGV). Patients and Methods: Eight patients with chronic DU were treated with PGV. Each case for 3 times 24 hours gastric acidity and plasma gastrin determination. For the first time as a comparator, antisecretory drugs were discontinued for at least 4 days. Immediately after taking Om20mg 4 weeks, on the 28th for the second test.
