网壳结构整体稳定分析中有三种几何缺陷分析方法,但哪种为最不利缺陷分布一直没有定论。本文以南阳玉器超市屋顶网壳结构为工程背景,对该双层折板网壳结构整体稳定性分析中最不利初始几何缺陷进行了研究。首先对完善结构进行模态分析,然后以各阶模态作为初始几何缺陷分布模态,再对结构进行整体稳定性分析,比较分析哪一阶模态最不利,再将该阶最不利模态与静力失稳模态进行对比。分析结果表明,按第9阶模态施加缺陷比按第1阶模态和按静力失稳模态施加缺陷更为不利。
There are three geometric defect analysis methods in the overall stability analysis of reticular shell structure, but it has not been decided which one is the most unfavorable defect distribution. In this paper, the Nanyang jade supermarket roof reticulated shell structure as the engineering background, the double-decker reticulated shell structure of the overall stability analysis of the most unfavorable initial geometric defects were studied. First, the modal analysis of the perfect structure is carried out, and then the modal distributions of the initial geometric defects are used as the modes of the initial geometric defects. Then the overall stability of the structure is analyzed, which mode is the most unfavorable, and the most unfavorable modal Contrast with static instability mode. The analysis results show that it is more unfavorable to apply defects according to the ninth order mode than to apply the first order mode and the static instability mode.
