目的:观察清热利湿,活血止痛类中药、直肠灌注中药、离子导入及针灸配合西药治疗湿热下注型慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法:采用芩柏方(药用:黄柏、黄芩、败酱草、鱼腥草、车前子、延胡索、公英、莪术、银花、牛膝、紫花地丁)加减,治疗湿热下注型慢性前列腺炎75例。结果:75例湿热下注型慢性前列腺炎经治疗,总有效率94.7%。结论:本方法对本病有清热利湿,活血止痛的功效。临床疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of clearing away heat, dampness, promoting blood circulation and analgesia, rectal perfusion of traditional Chinese medicine, iontophoresis and acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with western medicine on damp-heat injection chronic prostatitis. Methods: Addition and subtraction of Qin Bai Bai Fang (Medicinal: Phellodendron, Scutellaria, Patrinia, Houttuynia, Psyllium, Corydalis, Gong Ying, Ezhu, Yinhua, Achyranthes, Chronic prostatitis in 75 cases. Results: 75 cases of chronic hypothyroidism chronic prostatitis after treatment, the total efficiency of 94.7%. Conclusion: This method has the effect of clearing away heat and dampness, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain. Clinical significant effect.
