井下高能放电处理油层技术是一种油层解堵增产增注的新技术。其井下放电设备主要是由整流变频器、放电仪与电缆所组成。试验过程中,主要解决了放电仪定位、电缆接头处理、电缆匹配等技术问题,并摸索出合理的放电能量与放电次数。12只油井、3只水井的放电试验作业结果表明,处理有效率达80%,试验期间累积增油1260t,增注水量8180m3,取得了很好的经济效益。该技术具有能分段处理油层,作业时不伤害油层、不损坏套管,操作简单,成本低等优点,可成为国内油田一项常用的解堵增产增注措施。
Downhole high-energy discharge treatment of oil layer technology is a new technology for plugging production and injection. The underground discharge equipment is mainly composed of rectifier inverter, discharge meter and cable. During the test, the main problems of discharger positioning, cable connector processing, cable matching and other technical problems, and explore the reasonable discharge energy and discharge times. The discharge test operation results of 12 wells and 3 wells showed that the treatment efficiency was 80%, and the cumulative increase of oil was 1260t and the additional injection of water was 8180m3 during the experiment, which achieved good economic benefits. The technology has the advantages of being able to process the oil layer in stages, not damaging the oil layer when operating, not damaging the casing, simple operation, low cost and the like, and can be a commonly used method for removing oil plugging and increasing production in domestic oilfields.
