中国泰州医药城会展中心工程首次采用具有造型美观、倾斜角度大、技术含量高的经脉幕墙结构,解决了钢骨架体系内力分布不均衡及局部变形量大的关键技术设计难题。在全面分析6种不同荷载组合的前提下,结合会展中心休息区经脉幕墙结构建筑设计要求,建立包含6 435个结点的不规则几何空间模型。通过修正的双重非线性有限元计算模型获得到最不利荷载组合条件下的不同杆件的轴力大小分布图和位移变化图,包括最大轴力、最小轴力及组合位移。计算结果满足结构设计的整体规范要求,而最大内力和位移分布情况为局部构造的特殊处理及施工过程控制提供了依据。
For the first time, China Taizhou Medical City Convention and Exhibition Center project adopts the meridian curtain wall structure with beautiful appearance, large tilt angle and high technical content to solve the key technical design problems of unbalanced internal force distribution and large amount of local deformation of the steel frame system. Based on a comprehensive analysis of six different load combinations, an irregular geometric space model with 6,435 nodes was established based on the architectural design of the meridian curtain wall in the rest area of the Convention and Exhibition Center. Through the modified dual nonlinear finite element model, the distribution of axial force and the displacement of different rods under the most unfavorable load combination are obtained, including the maximum axial force, the minimum axial force and the combined displacement. The results meet the requirements of the overall design of structural design, while the distribution of the maximum internal forces and displacements provides the basis for the special treatment of local structures and the control of construction process.
