俄国教育家乌申斯基说:教师的人格对学生的影响是任何教科书,任何道德箴言,任何惩罚和奖励制度都不能代替的一种教育力量。在教育中一切都应以教育者的人格为基础,因为只有人格才能影响人格,只有人格才能形成性格。可见教师人格魅力对学生全面健康发展起着至关重要的作用。如何培养、提升教师人格素养是当代教育不容忽视的课题。本文试从四个方面阐述教师人格素养培养策略。
Ussinsky, a Russian educator, said: The impact of teacher’s personality on students is an educational force that can not be replaced by any textbook, any moral motto, or any punishment or reward system. In education everything should be based on the personality of the educator, because only personality can influence personality, only personality can form personality. Visible teacher charisma on the overall healthy development of students plays a vital role. How to train and improve teachers’ personality is a subject that can not be neglected in contemporary education. This article tries to elaborate the teacher’s personality accomplishment cultivation strategy from four aspects.
