透过各科课堂教学丰富多彩的教学内容和教学方法,我们不难看到这样一种情形:调用原有知识认识新知识——理解应用新知识——向下一轮学习输出新学知识,课堂教学从总体上看就是这样单一的教学形式的循环往复的过程。这种循环往复的单一教学形式,常常给学生带来乏味枯燥之苦和疲惫劳累之感,这就是已为广大教师充分认识到的教学形式的负效应。但是我们更应该看到这样一个事实:我们的学生正是在这种单一的循环形式中坚持学习,不断进步的。也正是在学生的“坚持”下,使得这种单一形式的循环化为一种持久的磨练,从而使这种形式显出不可低估的德育意义。第一,学生坚韧顽强的品质在这种循环磨练中发展形成。循环的形式是锤炼毅力的最好方法。单调的形式在其循环中不断强化着乏味枯燥和疲惫劳累之苦,而学生的学习过程必须是对这种乏味与疲惫的不断克服的过程。于是这一过程也就自然地培养着“克服”所需的坚韧顽强的品质,而且使这种品质在单调的循环形式中不断发展壮大起来,这也是我们的学生能够在乏味的形式循环中坚持学习的一个重要原因。
