超声组织多普勒(tissue Doppler imaging,TDI)作为组织速度成像技术是一种非创伤定量检测局部心肌功能方法。TDI敏感性、无创、操作方便,准确性、特异性均优于常规超声心动图。与PET-CT、心脏磁共振显像比较,TDI检测几乎不受急性冠脉综合征发病后时间限制。对冠心病心肌缺血、急性心肌梗死及再灌注治疗后局部心肌功能改变、心室重塑的预测作用良好,对研究冠心病局部心肌功能变化特征意义重要,并可用于评估冠脉再灌注疗效。
Tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) as a tissue velocity imaging technique is a noninvasive and quantitative method for local myocardial function. TDI sensitivity, noninvasive, easy to operate, accuracy and specificity are superior to conventional echocardiography. Compared with PET-CT and cardiac MRI, TDI test is almost not limited by the time after onset of acute coronary syndrome. Coronary heart disease myocardial ischemia, acute myocardial infarction and reperfusion after local myocardial function changes, the prediction of ventricular remodeling good effect on the study of coronary heart function changes in local myocardial function is important and can be used to assess coronary reperfusion effect.
