最近,民政部民间组织管理局应国资委行业协会联系办公室的要求,就社会团体与其所属分支机构管理关系有关问题进行了复函。复函根据《社会团体登记管理条例》、《社会团体分支机构、代表机构登记办法》等有关政策法规的精神,就社会团体与所属分支机构工作关系的有关问题重申如下
