土壤代换性测定,在一般土壤调查中做为了解土壤肥力状况土壤分类,土壤改良的依据是不可缺少的分析项目;但是根据目前一般所常用的分析方法中共操作手续还大多停留在原来的所谓经典方法上,这样在时间上是很难满足要求的。另外在采用方法上也必须因情况制宜,这就有必要对现有的方法加以试验比较和改进;为此作者在担任本项目分析工作中,在一年来所试用的潘利(A.N.Puri)(NH_4)_2CO_3法为基础,对不同土壤采用几种方法做比较对照,并基于已有方法原理将近年被广泛应用于分析水质Ca.Mg的EDTA容量法亦即托利龙—B法,做了一些比较;这样就在某些方法的操作手续上得到了一些简化,本着经济、适用、快速的原则,是解决了一些困难的。因此仅将初步比较结果分述如后,由于条件限制数据尚感不足,以及作者水平的关系,在讨论问题上,尚不够深入,而且其中错误更是难免的。但本着接受批评的态度愿意提出讨论,希读者指正。
