活体动物光学成像是利用生物发光及荧光技术在活体动物体内进行生物标记,通过光学成像系统来监测被标记动物体内分子及细胞等的生物学过程。而传统动物实验研究方法局限于需处死老鼠,解剖肉眼观察或组织切片观察等,无法动态监测整个活体内生物学事件的发生、发展。结合解放军第150中心医院LuminaⅡ型活体动物光学成像设备及成像技术在标记活体内肿瘤、活体细胞示踪、标记基因及转基因动物等方面的应用研究综述如下。
Live animal optical imaging is the use of bioluminescence and fluorescence technology in vivo biomarkers in vivo, through the optical imaging system to monitor the animals labeled molecules and biological processes in vivo. The traditional animal experimental research methods are limited to the need to sacrifice the mouse, anatomical observation or tissue section observation, etc., can not dynamically monitor the entire biological events in vivo occurrence and development. Combined with the Lumina Ⅱ live animal optical imaging equipment and imaging technology of the 150th Central Hospital of People’s Liberation Army in the marking of in vivo tumors, in vivo cell tracking, marker genes and transgenic animals and other aspects of the application are summarized below.
