目的:优选复方制首乌颗粒剂的水提工艺条件。方法:以浸膏得率和2,3,5,4′-四羟基-二苯乙烯-2-O--βD-葡萄糖苷含量为指标,采用单因素试验及正交设计法,确定复方制首乌颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺。结果:复方制首乌颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺为浸泡1h,提取3次,加水量依次为12,10,10倍,提取时间依次为2.5,2.0,2.0h,其中制首乌药材粉碎成粗粉。结论:本提取工艺简单、实用、具有可操作性,适合工业大生产。
Objective: To optimize the water extraction process of compound Shouwu granules. Methods: The extraction rate and 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O - β D-glucoside content as an indicator, using single factor test and orthogonal design, to determine the compound system Shouwu granules the best extraction process. Results: The optimum extraction process of compound Shouwu granules was immersion for 1h, extraction for 3 times, followed by addition of water for 12, 10 and 10 times, followed by extraction for 2.5,2.0,2.0h, meal. Conclusion: The extraction process is simple, practical, operational, suitable for industrial production.
