浅谈中等职业学校企业化试运营校内实习实训基地——以宣城市工业学校为例

加强实训基地建设,特别是校内实习实训基地建设,已成为彰显现代中职学校办学特色和提高办学质量的重要因素,也是各中职学校面临的难题之一。本文在分析校外实习基地运行中存在一些难以解决问题的基础上,以宣城市工业学校为例,依托校办实习基地、按照“企业化试运营”的工作思路指导下,在建设高水平、综合性的校内实习实训基地方面进行了许多有益的探索与实践,收获得了一些经验。

Strengthening the construction of practical training bases, especially the construction of practical training bases in schools, has become an important factor that demonstrates the characteristics of modern secondary vocational schools and improves the quality of running schools. It is also one of the problems for secondary vocational schools. On the basis of analyzing some problems that are difficult to be solved in the operation of off-campus practice bases, taking Xuancheng Industrial School as an example, under the guidance of the working guideline of “Enterprise Trial Operation” and relying on the school-based practice base, , Comprehensive in-school training base for a lot of useful exploration and practice, gained some experience.
