一、工程概况 桂林“文华饭店”是由桂林市建筑设计院与香港联合设计的高级旅游宾馆。用地约11000m~2。由前后两栋楼组成共494间客房(图1、2)。前楼建筑面积26000m~2、264间客房,地上6层,局部为7层、5层及2层(图3),地下一层。后楼建筑面积11900m~2,230间客房,地上5层。由香港黄允炽建筑师事务所任前楼设计总负责人并负责前楼建筑设计;香港科联顾问工程师负责前楼机电设计;桂林市建筑设计院负责前楼结构设计并完成后楼全部
I. Project Overview “Man Wah Hotel” in Guilin is a high-level tourist hotel jointly designed by Guilin Architectural Design Institute and Hong Kong. The site is about 11000m~2. A total of 494 rooms consist of two buildings (Figures 1, 2). The front building has a floor area of 26,000m2, 264 guest rooms, 6 floors above the ground, 7 floors, 5 floors and 2 floors (figure 3), and a basement floor. The rear building has an area of 11900m~2,230 rooms and 5 floors above ground. Designed by Hong Kong Huang Yunchi Architects, who is responsible for the design of the front-floor building and responsible for the front-floor building design; the Hong Kong Co-operative consultant engineer is responsible for the front-floor electromechanical design; Guilin Architectural Design Institute is responsible for the front-floor structure design and the completion of the rear-floor building
