目的探讨女阴上皮内病变，鲍温样丘疹病型的组织病理学特点及其与人乳头瘤病毒的关系。方法观察总结20例女阴上皮内病变，鲍温样丘疹病型的组织病理学形态，随机抽取10例分别作免疫组化人乳头瘤病毒抗原（HPV-Ag）和原位杂交病毒核酸16和18型（HPV 16、18）检测。结果女阴上皮内病变，鲍温样丘疹病型的组织学表皮不规则增厚伴轻度排列紊乱和异形性，HPV-Ag阳性1例，HPV 16阳性3例，HPV 18均阴性。结论女阴上皮内病变，鲍温样丘疹病型组织学改变与鲍温病相似，与HPV感染相关。“,”Objective To ivestigate the histopathological characters of vulva intraepithelia neoplasia, bowenoid papulosis type (VIN, BP) and it's relationship with human papil oma virus (HPV). Methods To observe the histopathologic morphology of samples from 20 patients with VIN, BP. The capsid antigen of HPV as wel as HPV DNA type 16 and 18 were detected in 10 cases chosen randomly. Results VIN, BP histological y displays thickness of the epithelium with mil disorderly maturation and cel ular pleomorphism, 1 case showed HPV-Ag positive and 3 cases were HPV 16 positive. Conclusion VIN, BP is associated with HPV infection , the histopathological changes of which are similar to that of Bowen's disease.
