泰安市大学生亚健康状况及其影响因素分析

目的了解大学生发生亚健康状况及其发生的影响因素,为制定亚健康防治措施提供依据。方法自制亚健康调查表,在泰安市4所大学中随机抽取一~四年级在校学生共1 396名进行问卷调查。结果泰安市大学生亚健康现患率为54.1%,其中男生为53.7%,女生为54.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);一~四年级学生亚健康的现患率分别为46.1%,54.5%,60.6%和52.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医科学生亚健康现患率为49.4%,农科学生为64.9%,文科学生为57.8%,工科学生为51.4%,理科学生为60.8%,不同专业类型学生亚健康现患率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析,年级是影响学生亚健康发生的主要因素。结论医学生的健康状况好于其他学科学生,以躯体健康状况最为明显;大学生的亚健康现患率随年级增高而增高;目前高校大学生总体亚健康状况好于其他职业人群。 Objective To understand the sub-health status of college students and its influencing factors, and to provide the basis for making sub-health prevention and control measures. Methods A self-made sub-health questionnaire was conducted. A total of 1 396 students were randomly selected from four universities in Tai’an City to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results The prevalence rate of substandard health among college students in Taian was 54.1%, with 53.7% for boys and 54.5% for girls, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The prevalence rates of sub-health among students in grades one to four were 46.1% and 54.5% %, 60.6% and 52.7%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The prevalence rate of medical students was 49.4% in subhealth, 64.9% in agricultural students, 57.8% in liberal arts students and 51.4% in engineering students, 60.8%. There were significant differences in prevalence of sub-health among different majors (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that grade is the main factor affecting the students’ sub-health. Conclusion The health condition of medical students is better than that of other disciplines, and physical health status is the most obvious. The prevalence of sub-health students increases with the increase of grade. The current overall health status of college students is better than that of other occupational groups.
