口腔白斑是常见的口腔癌前病变之一，其癌变率约为５％左右。在临床上口腔白斑多表现为白色斑块，也可表现为红白间杂的损害。在组织病理上的变化：为上皮的异常增生，好发于中老年人。我院应用中西医结合的方法治疗５例患者，在缓解病变发展方面起到了一定的效果。现报道如下
