9月以来,苏州市卫生监督所开展了秋季学校食堂监督检查,共抽查市区中小学校食堂及其周边餐饮单位47家。检查发现,A 级单位均比较重视食品安全,实行了校长负责制,环境卫生和硬件设施较好,餐具消毒规范,防蝇防尘设施健全,建立卫生管理网络及各项规章制度,加强内部督查考核,进货实行定点采购,配备专职人员认真落实
