研究了不同热处理工艺(包括形变热处理)对2195铝锂合金力学性能及微观组织的影响。结果表明:合金固溶淬火的力学性能随冷却速度的降低而逐渐恶化;预变形大大促进主要强化相TI相的析出,显著提高时效强度;预变形量3%~6%的强塑性较好。
The effects of different heat treatment processes (including the deformation heat treatment) on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 2195 Al-Li alloy were investigated. The results show that the mechanical properties of the alloy after solution quenching gradually deteriorate with the decrease of the cooling rate. The pre-deformation greatly accelerates the precipitation of the TI phase of the main strengthening phase and significantly improves the aging strength. The pre-deformation strength of 3% -6% is better.
