目的:探讨舌鳞状细胞癌(Tongue squamous cell carcinoma,TSCC)组织中分化抑制因子-1(Inhibitor of differentiation-1,Id-1)和乏氧诱导因子-1α(Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)的表达及与微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测65例TSCC中Id-1,HIF-1α,CD34的表达并计数MVD。结果:65例TSCC中Id-1有34例(52.3﹪)阳性表达,43例HIF-1α(66.2﹪)阳性表达。Id-1和HIF-1α表达与TSCC病理分级,淋巴结转移及TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05,χ2检验),并且与MVD值相关(P<0.05)。在TSCC中Id-1和HIF-1α表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Id-1和HIF-1α与TSCC的恶性进展密切相关,共同参与肿瘤血管生成的过程。联合检测可作为判断TSCC恶性潜能的重要生物指标。
Objective: To investigate the role of Id-1 and Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in Tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC) -1α) expression and its relationship with microvessel density (MVD). Methods: The expression of Id-1, HIF-1α, CD34 in 65 cases of TSCC was detected by immunohistochemical SP method and MVD was counted. Results: There were 34 cases (52.3%) of Id-1 in TSCC and 43 cases of HIF-1α (66.2%) in TSCC. The expression of Id-1 and HIF-1α were significantly correlated with pathological grade, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage in TSCC (P <0.05, χ2 test), and correlated with MVD (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between Id-1 and HIF-1α expression in TSCC (P <0.05). Conclusion: Id-1 and HIF-1α are closely related to the malignant progression of TSCC and participate in the process of tumor angiogenesis. Joint detection can be used as important biological indicators to determine the malignant potential of TSCC.
